Clinique Neuro-Outaouais needed a new website to reflect their forward-looking attitude while still being accessible to both patients and DR’s.
Medical sites tend to be a haven for stock images. We eschewed generic pictures of photogenic Dr’s in order to better focus on the clinic’s brand attributes like the breadth of complementary treatments on offer. As the project started to get underway it became apparent that the clinic wanted to go further to engage and recruit patients for clinical trials. The website was therefore conceived as the centerpiece of a social media ecosystem including a heavy focus on blogs and news that we maintain to this day. Being in competition with several other neurological clinics, we knew that search engine rankings would be an important factor determining the overall impact of the site. That’s why we strategized the inter and intra optimization of content and metadata to boost google rankings from the get go.
Clinic Neuro-Outaouais was given a great initial brand platform to drive growth and a very flexible website that can easily accommodate the addition of complementary services.Daily website traffic quintupled. Not only was there a consistent increase in regional views, but the website also generated significant international traffic. Clinic Neuro-Outaouais tops the Google search results for all assigned keywords.
