METRO HOMES' NEW BRAND

Brief

We were tasked with a complete rebranding for Metro Ottawa Carleton Real Estate(MOCRE): logo, collateral, interior layout. The challenge was one of balance. How to design an innovative space and an identity to provide added value in a notoriously conservative industry?

Approach

Instead of filling the space with offices, we conceived a mixed-program layout to the purpose of attracting younger agents, giving brokers a space to bring in clients, and displaying the wide range of services on offer by MOCRE. While the layout strives to be contemporary and includes open boardrooms and a bar, the overall tone is kept professional due to a tempered selection of finshes.

Result

The result is a strong image and a flexible interior layout that definitely stands a cut above MOCRE's regional competitors. We're looking forward to finishing interior decals, framing and furniture selections . Check back in a bit.
